A new version of a library or of React Native is published. That starts a run for every combination it affects.

The demo app is built
The library's own example app is built for iOS and Android on Codemagic, against that React Native version.
- 03
The tests run
The library's test suite runs on the same version. The build and the tests must both pass. A library with no test suite is judged on its builds.
Patch releases are folded into their minor line: 2.1.3 counts as 2.1.x, and 0.87.1 as 0.87.
